The Sunroom is approximately 250 sq. ft. It has (3) Velux sky lights, (3) standard 6068 insulated glass doors and (2) windows. The roof is solid to cut down on heat loss and
heat gain. We plan on using solar shades on the skylights in summer to combat the hot Tennessee sun. Ventilation and Humidity / Cooling system is being designed (as we speak) by Sundance Supply!
